Bringing Thanksgiving Cheer, Gifts & Hurricane Relief to St. Petersburg Families
John Catsimatidis Sr., developer of The Residences at 400 Central, alongside his wife, Margo Catsimatidis, celebrated Thanksgiving early by bringing joy and much-needed support to St. Petersburg families. At a holiday event hosted by the St. Petersburg Police Athletic League (PAL), the Catsimatidis family gifted smartwatches to local children, grocery gift cards to families, and announced a generous $50,000 donation to the “We Are St. Pete Fund” for storm recovery efforts.
“Especially during the holidays, it’s important for children and their families to feel supported,” said John Catsimatidis. “Our $50,000 match donation to the fund is a call for others to step up and make a difference.”
The event featured games, food, and the festive “Turkey Dash,” symbolizing the 515-foot height of the 400 Central building. Heather Robb, Executive Director of St. Pete PAL, shared, “This donation goes beyond toys – it’s a message of care and unity that strengthens our community.”
